From humble beginnings to global leadership in aviation services.

1992

Pioneered VIP handling throughout the newly opened former Soviet–CIS states in partnership with Universal Weather & Aviation.

1993

Negotiated the most direct route between Anchorage and Hong Kong with the Chinese CAAC, saving three hours of flight time.

1995

Built out the world’s largest VIP jet ground handling network, servicing Fortune 500 client aircraft operating to former Soviet–CIS states.

1996

Tapped by major airlines including UPS and Continental to provide emergency diversion ground handling in China, Mongolia, and Russia.

1997

Supported over 20 Iridium satellite launches in cooperation with FedEx, coordinating complex international aviation logistics.

1998

Established handling and fuel support for U.S. Government flights throughout the CIS.

1999

Developed VIP handling throughout Central Europe at over 30 airports, including Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Bratislava, Riga, and Tallinn.

2000 - 2001

Assisted major airlines including United, Continental, and Northwest in obtaining FAA approval to utilize the Polar Route by setting up emergency diversion alternates across China and Russia.

2004 - 2005

Supported over 300 USAF Military Airlift Command flights in Europe and Central Asia.

2006

Became one of the largest jet fuel providers in Central Asia, servicing USAF and Military Airlift Command flights.

2010

Led the industry through the first API integration with Fuelerlinx, allowing instant international jet fuel price searches and order placement.

2014

Launched a U.S. domestic contract fuel program across more than 600 FBOs, which quickly grew to thousands of locations.

2015

Launched the cloud-based Flight Compass trip status and checklisting dashboard—the first in the industry and still the best.

2016

Planned and supported the first-ever executive jet (G650ER) flight along the Polar Route, saving more than two hours of flight time between New York and Beijing.

2016 – 2018

Activated API fuel integrations with Airplane Manager, Jet Insight, and other scheduling platforms.

2022

Introduced powerful digital tools such as the Airport Fee Estimator and BriefMe, giving crews faster, clearer insight into airport costs and operations.

2023

Opened a third European office in Skopje, providing dedicated teams for busy flight departments.

2023

Played a key role in Gulfstream G700 Polar certification by delivering specialized Polar flight planning.

2024

Doubled the number of trips served, proving that EVO had the winning formula for the future of international trip support.

2025

Approved for 55+ airports across the USA as CBP Reimbursable Services Program stakeholder, providing even greater flexibility for client jet operators.

2025

Launched highly advanced TSS integration with Airplane Manager.
